A few years ago, our customers were voicing concern that even new King Air tables did not last long, and it seemed like their maintenance department was working on the tables after every trip. We determined it would be of great benefit to operators if we were able to develop a procedure that would go well beyond “normal” repairs. In other words, we wanted to add structure, materials, and adhesives in strategic areas to the point that the tables were much stronger than when they were new. This experiment turned into a passion, and now we are refurbishing and beefing up King Air tables on a regular basis. The end result is a process that our customers are delighted with!

We tailor the refurbishment to fit the needs of each individual customer with the following “level of repair” choices:

  • Level 1 – Repair the table and install the beef up kit without addressing the cosmetics.
  • Level 2 – Same repairs as level 1, plus economically improving the appearance of the table to an 8 or 9 on a scale of 1 to 10. This level of refurbishment is selected the most often.
  • Level 3 – Same repairs as level 1, and make it look new!

Give us a chance to breathe new life into your old tables. We are confident that you’ll be glad that you did!
